With Bill Pay from DCECU, you can pay virtually anyone in the United States - from mortgage companies to auto lenders to credit card companies to the paperboy. At this time, Bill Pay will be offered free to our members. You must be the primary member and a Cyber Connection user. (To enroll in Cyber Connection, please call the Member Contact Center at (989) 835-7794 or (800) 835-7794.) To apply for Bill Pay, click on the link below to read the disclosure and complete the Bill Pay application (certain eligibility requirements may apply).
Please allow three (3) business days after we receive your application (providing you have met the eligibility requirements), to access Bill Pay. After three (3) business days, you become an activated user and may access your Bill Pay information by signing onto Cyber Connection. Once you are logged onto Cyber Connection, select the "Bill Payment" menu, then select the "Launch Bill Payment" option. This will allow retrieval of the information for your Bill Pay account.
