I have applied a service pack/patch to my version of Windows and I am using Internet
Explorer for my browser.
I have recently installed Internet Explorer 5, 5.5, or 6.
I have Internet Explorer 6.0 and have gone through the Internet Explorer
Troubleshooting Guide and I still cannot use Cyber Connection.
I have Internet Explorer that is older than 5, (4.x).
None of the above options apply. What do I do next?
