Q. What are the password requirements?
A. Your password must contain between 3 and 13 alpha and/or numeric characters.

Q. Is the password case sensitive?
A. No.

Q. How do I change my password?
A. When logged into your e-statement account, click on “Manage Your Account,” insert your new password, confirm the new password and click Update.

Q. Who do I contact if I forget my password?
A. To change your password, you may contact DCECU during normal business hours at (989) or (800) 835-7794, or you may visit the credit union.

Q. Who do I contact if my account has been frozen due to invalid login attempts?
A. To unfreeze your account and change your password, you may contact DCECU during normal business hours at (989) or (800) 835-7794, or you may visit the credit union.

Q. What if my e-mail address changes?
A. You must change your e-mail address in two places. You will need to log on to the e-statement site as well as call DCECU at (989) or (800) 835-7794.

Q. How long will statements be kept on line?
A. Statements will be kept for a minimum of three months.

Q. Is there a fee for e-statements?
A. No, they are provided as a free service to DCECU members.

Q. What are the system/electronic requirements?
A. You will need the following:

  • A 128 bit encrypted web browser, such as:
    • Netscape 4.7 or above
    • Internet Explorer 4.01 or above
    • America Online version 4.0 or above
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.05 or greater
  • Internet access

NOTE: E-statements are not compatible with WebTV.

Q. How do I cancel e-statements and begin receiving paper statements?
A. You may cancel e-statements by any of the following methods:

  • Complete a cancellation notice in Cyber Connection
  • Complete a cancellation notice on our website and mail or fax to DCECU
  • Visit the Account Services department at DCECU between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time

Q. Will I receive notification when my statement is available?
A. Yes, you will receive an e-mail notification that your statement is ready to view if you have provided us with an accurate e-mail address.

Note: If you change your e-mail address on our e-statement site, you must also notify DCECU of the change to continue receiving e-statements.

Q. Will my electronic statements look the same as my regular printed statements?
A. Yes, your electronic statements will look the same as your printed statements. You will also be able to view the Reconciliation Form and Disclosure, as well as The Leading Edge (DCECU’s monthly newsletter).

Q. How do I print my electronic statement?
A. After logging in and viewing your statement, simply click on the “Print” icon located in the upper left corner of the screen.

Q. Can I request a paper copy of my statement if I am unable to view my e-statement?
A. Yes, you may request a paper copy of your statement by contacting DCECU during normal business hours at (989) or (800) 835-7794, or you may visit the credit union.
