1Call validates your access using an access code and other personal information.


Menu options include: Balance inquiries, account histories, transfer of funds, loan information and much more.

  • Press 1 for 1Call
  • Select any of the following options:
    • 1 for Account Balance
    • 2 for Account History
    • 3 for Funds Transfer and Payment
    • 5 for Other Account Activities
  • Enter your account number
  • If it is your first time using the system, you will need to establish an Access Code
    • Enter your Social Security Number
    • Enter a 4-digit Access Code (cannot start with 0)
    • Re-Enter your new Access Code – press 1, or press 2 to continue
    • Enter the 5 digit ZIP code of your Primary address
    • At this point, you will be able to continue with the menu option you originally selected.
