    • When I add my card to my mobile wallet it doesn’t look like the physical card. Why?

Mobile payment apps use a graphical representation, not an exact replica of your card.

    • When I use the camera to add the card, the card details are not showing correctly. What do I do?

In the event your card detail cannot be captured by your phone through your camera, proceed with entering in all the required fields manually.

    • How do I make a purchase with mobile payments?

Mobile payments can be made in-store by holding the device near a contactless reader at participating merchants, or in apps and on websites that offer the mobile payment as a payment option.

    • Can I use mobile payments internationally?

      Yes.

    • How do I pay with a card other than my default card?

Swipe or scroll on your device to select a different card during the checkout process. For Fitbit these changes must be made within the app.

    • How do I change my default card?

Apple Pay – Go to device settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Default card > Select the card you would like default.
Samsung Pay – Default cards are not an option. The last card used comes up first as a payment option. To change, swipe to the card of your choice.
Google Pay – Open the app > select the card you would like as default > select Default for in-store payments.
Fitbit Pay – Open the Fitbit app dashboard > click Account icon > device image > wallet icon > locate the card you would like to make default > click set as default.

    • Can I add my card to multiple wallets?

      Yes.

    • Are mobile payments secure?

Yes. When you use mobile payments, your card number isn’t stored on your device or given to the merchant. A unique digital token is created specifically for that device. You still enjoy all the benefits of your credit or debit card, which includes our Zero Liability policy that protects you from unauthorized purchases.

    • How are my privacy and personal information protected?

Since your credit or debit card number isn’t stored on the device, you never reveal your card number or security code to merchants.

    • How do I delete a card from a mobile wallet?

Apple Pay – Go to device settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > select the card to be deleted > tap remove card.
Samsung Pay – Locate the mobile app > select the Wallet icon > select the card to be deleted > from the menu options choose Delete card.
