Mobile Check Deposit

Instead of visiting the credit union or an ATM to deposit a check, simply snap a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check and submit it for deposit with our Mobile Banking app on a supported mobile device.

Mobile Check Deposit is available for most Android™, iPhone®, iPad®, iPad Mini, and iPod touch® devices.1

Note: You should retain the original imaged item that has been deposited via Mobile Check Deposit for a reasonable period of time in order to verify settlement and credit or to balance periodic statements, but in no case beyond ninety (90) days from the date processed. You are required to properly destroy and dispose of such original item after such time.

Availability of funds matches that of our Account Agreement and Disclosure. Adjustments may still occur even after your funds have been made fully available.

Biometric Authentication

Biometric Authentication is a convenient alternative for signing in to Mobile Banking.

Biometric Authentication is a process that uses biological characteristics - rather than a password - to verify your identity. DCECU currently offers fingerprint authentication at sign in for supported mobile devices.

Once enrolled, you can easily access your account with your device’s built-in fingerprint scanner.

Text Message Banking

Text Message Banking is an easy way for you to maintain your primary DCECU account from anywhere, at any time, using your mobile phone.

Once enrolled, you can securely maintain your accounts without having to access a mobile website and enter a username and password. Just send a simple text code to 32328 (DCECU) anytime to get your account balances, see recent transactions, or transfer funds. It’s just one more easy way to keep tabs on your finances, wherever you go. If you can send and receive text messages, this is the service for you!

To enroll, you will need to sign into Mobile Banking and choose “Text Message Banking” from the main menu. While your cell phone does not have to be internet capable in order to use Text Message Banking, you do need an active Online Banking and Mobile Banking account to continue use.

Text Message Banking is a free service from DCECU; however, standard text messaging charges from your service provider may apply.
