When viewing our website on a mobile device, you will be offered a download link on the Mobile Banking website if a dedicated app is available. If no app is available for your device, you may continue to use the Mobile Banking website. For your security, you will also need to complete a one-time registration for your mobile device.
Instead of visiting the credit union or an ATM to deposit a check, simply snap a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check and submit it for deposit with our Mobile Banking app on a supported mobile device.
Mobile Check Deposit is available for most Android™, iPhone®, iPad®, iPad Mini, and iPod touch® devices.1
Note: You should retain the original imaged item that has been deposited via Mobile Check Deposit for a reasonable period of time in order to verify settlement and credit or to balance periodic statements, but in no case beyond ninety (90) days from the date processed. You are required to properly destroy and dispose of such original item after such time.
Availability of funds matches that of our Account Agreement and Disclosure. Adjustments may still occur even after your funds have been made fully available.
For more information, please see our Mobile Check Deposit FAQs.
Biometric Authentication is a convenient alternative for signing in to Mobile Banking.
Biometric Authentication is a process that uses biological characteristics - rather than a password - to verify your identity. DCECU currently offers fingerprint authentication at sign in for supported mobile devices.
Once enrolled, you can easily access your account with your device’s built-in fingerprint scanner.
For more information, please see the Biometric Authentication FAQ’s.
