DCECU launched a new Online Banking platform on September 17th

DCECU’s new Online Banking has a consistent look and experience across all devices and provides you with ways to simplify the management of your accounts. The platform includes features to make your banking experience personalized, faster, and more convenient.

Signing in for the first time

The first time you sign in, you will use your existing username and password. You will then be prompted to update your password and enroll in 2-Step Verification.

Payments (Bill Pay)

Pay bills with convenience using Payments! With Payments you can pay anyone in the United States - from mortgage companies to auto lenders to credit card companies to your lawn service. It’s free, safe, secure and easy to use.

Messages

Alerts

Sent directly to you via email, text message or in-app message. Alerts can notify you of certain transactions or activity occurring in your account. Sent within minutes of the actual event, you can set up and customize Alerts to your specific needs.

  • Transaction alerts will notify you any time there is a transaction above a specified dollar amount.
  • Balance alerts will notify you when your account balance goes above or below a certain dollar amount.

Conversations

Send and receive messages securely with DCECU staff using conversations. You can upload documents, request fund transfers, or complete inquiries and maintenance.

In the event you choose to communicate through Messages, please note that DCECU will respond to you by the end of the next business day. If immediate attention is desired, please contact us during normal business hours.

Notifications

Receive important updates and product opportunities from DCECU.

Search for transactions and filter by tags. It’s as easy as that!

Documents

Documents allow you to receive any one or more of the following: your DCECU periodic statements, notices, tax forms, disclosures and agreements online in an electronic format rather than paper. With Documents, you will receive an email notification each time a new Document becomes available for viewing.

Mobile Check Deposit

Instead of visiting the credit union or an ATM to deposit a check, simply snap a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check and submit it for deposit with our Mobile app on a supported mobile device.

Note: You should retain the original imaged item that has been deposited via Mobile Check Deposit for a reasonable period of time in order to verify settlement and credit or to balance periodic statements, but in no case beyond ninety (90) days from the date processed. You are required to properly destroy and dispose of such original item after such time.

Availability of funds matches that of our Account Agreement and Disclosure. Adjustments may still occur even after your funds have been made fully available.

Biometric Authentication

Biometric Authentication is a convenient alternative for signing in to the Mobile app that uses biological characteristics - rather than a passcode - to verify your identity.
