Biometric Authentication is a process that uses biological characteristics - rather than a password - to verify your identity.
Our Mobile Banking app now offers fingerprint authentication at sign in for supported devices1.
Once you have updated your app, you should see a yellow fingerprint icon at the login screen if your device is supported.
If you don’t have a device that supports fingerprint authentication, don’t worry! Our team is continually exploring other options to expand our Biometric Authentication offerings.
