DCECU Awards $15k In College Scholarships June 07, 2017
DCECU has awarded 10 scholarships worth $1,500 each to local students.
The 2017 scholarship winners, their fields of study and their schools are:
- Paige N. Como, Gladwin High School – Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program at Michigan State University (College of Veterinary Medicine)
- Jordan Ensz, Midland High School – neuroscience and ecology & evolutionary biology at The University of Michigan
- Brandon Fisher, H. H. Dow High School – computer science and mathematics at Kansas State University
- Mallory Fisher, Bullock Creek High School – accounting at Saginaw Valley State University
- Beccalynne M. Gray, Bullock Creek High School – physician assistant studies at Grand Valley State University
- Megan Greer, Midland High School – engineering at Michigan State University
- Mackenzie Root, Bullock Creek High School – biology at Central Michigan University
- Emily Wall, H. H. Dow High School – The University of Michigan
- LeeAnn A. Whaley, Meridian High School – biology at The University of Michigan
- Nick Wright, Midland High School – horticulture at Michigan State University
