DCECU is launching an expanded member engagement campaign to further increase the value that Cooperative membership has to offer.
DCECU is a leading financial service cooperative that is committed to an efficient and effective operating model that provides superior financial services and seeks to continually increase the value of membership. While our roots are with the Midland, Michigan-based Dow Chemical Company, today our members live across the United States, and travel and live around the world and are centrally serviced from one location. Our day-to-day member interactions are 98% digital, but we realize that to live up to our commitment of providing superior financial services and increasing the value of membership, we will have to continuously expand and improve all interactions: in-person and digital, as such, the credit union will be starting an expanded member engagement program that will provide ongoing organizational updates and provide expanded opportunities for management and members to interact. Our desire is to be wise financial stewards of DCECU resources and use as efficient means as possible while realizing that members desire interaction in different ways. To that end, we will provide these updates on our digital home page: www.dcecu.org; our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/dcecu; and in the future, our online banking application, direct email, maybe even, printed material. This will evolve over time and will be shaped by the comments and requests of you, our members.
This is a great time for DCECU, as our operations and financial results are strong and our future is filled with great opportunity! Thank you for your time, attention, and most importantly, your membership and your business.
