Introducing Conversations August 21, 2019

DCECU will be transitioning to a new Online Banking platform in September. This transition will result in a new and improved user experience, a consistent look and feel across all your devices, and some new features.
One of the new features of the platform is Conversations. Conversations provide a secure way to message DCECU 24/7 within Online Banking or the Mobile App. This feature will allow you to start, view, and participate in conversations with DCECU representatives when it is convenient for you.
Conversations are handled during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET) and are responded to throughout the day. If you reach out to us outside of normal business hours, your message will be handled the next business day.
Within a conversation, you will be able to select a transaction, take a photo or select an existing photo on your mobile device, or select a file to include in your message. This will enable you to send us a copy of a requested insurance document, ask a question about a transaction, and more.
Since this will be an authenticated channel, you will be able to conduct your banking with us like you were in our lobby, only at a time and place of your choosing. I hope that you’ll give this new feature a try.
