Online and Mobile Banking Downtime Notice

As a reminder, Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable beginning on Monday, September 16th at 11:00 P.M. (ET) until 10:00 A.M. (ET) on Tuesday, September 17th.

The first time you sign in, you will use your existing username and password. You will then be prompted to update your password and enroll in 2-Step Verification.

Mobile App users will need to download a new Mobile App on September 17th.

Friendly reminders:

  • Any Alerts that were being used will need to be reconfigured in the new platform
  • Notes and Budgeting Tools will not be transferred to the new platform
  • Integration with Quicken and Mint will be available a week after launch
