DCECU is operating in a rapidly evolving technology environment where we must take advantage of new opportunities in order to grow and continue to meet the ever-evolving needs of our members. Since over 98% of DCECU member transactions are electronic, we are especially laser-focused on the user experience delivered via our online banking platforms. Our ability to serve you in the future depends on it! To that end, DCECU has selected a new online and mobile banking partner to deliver a more seamless, integrated platform that will grow with us.
DCECU has a vision to deliver secure online banking services that are consistent across all devices so members will find it easy and intuitive to use no matter how they choose to engage with us. From reviewing transactions and balances, to engaging in conversations with DCECU staff, this new hub will be the place to go for almost all your financial needs. In order to accomplish this, we are taking this first step in building a robust platform that is extremely flexible to meet the needs of our diverse membership.
With this launch, we anticipated some modified or temporarily interrupted functionality as well as a short learning curve for each of our members as they acclimate to the new environment.
