What to do When Passwords Expire

DCECU is committed to protecting your data and finances. We recommend periodically changing your password for Online Banking and the Mobile App to keep your information safe. In addition, your password should be changed if you believe your password has been compromised or if you are using a password that is already in use on another website or account. DCECU also requires that you update your password for Online Banking and the Mobile App at least once per year.

As a reminder, if it has been more than one (1) year since you changed your password, you may be prompted to update your password when signing in to your account.
