ATM Downtime Notice

DCECU will be upgrading our ATMs starting Monday, November 1st through Wednesday, December 1st to offer more cash denomination options when completing a cash withdrawal. After the upgrade is complete, users will be able to choose from $50, $20 or $10 bills when completing a cash withdrawal! Some of our ATMs will also have a $5 bill option.

Please note, ATMs may experience downtime while the upgrades are being completed. Thank you for your understanding.

Choosing your cash denominations at DCECU ATMs

Once the upgrade has been completed, the ATM will allow you to choose from $50, $20, and $10 denominations when you select the Cash Withdrawal option. If you do not choose denominations, the ATM machine, by default, will distribute the fewest number of bills, providing you the largest bills it has available. For example, if you enter $120 as the amount you wish to withdraw, you’ll receive two $50 bills and a $20 bill unless you select which bills you would like.

Here’s how to select the cash denominations you want when making a Cash Withdrawal:

  1. Insert your card into the ATM
  2. Enter your PIN
  3. Select Cash Withdrawal
  4. Choose from which share or account
  5. Choose the amount you wish to withdraw
  6. Select your bill mix using the + Plus and - Minus signs

Getting FAST cash at a DCECU ATM

The FAST Cash option allows you to skip a few steps when withdrawing cash from DCECU ATMs. This option distributes the fewest number of bills so you can grab your cash and go. The default Fast Cash options are $20, $50 or $100 from your Checking account.
